教学实验室课程
光谱实验室介绍
 我们已经开始为师生开发光谱教学实验室器材.首先利用海洋光学的光谱仪作为基本参考配置,引入到光谱实验室中,并配备光谱仪演示实验和PASCO公司的GLX开发数据库.
- 吸光度实验(比尔定律)
- 结晶紫反应过程监控
- 光谱光度测定平衡常数
- 用溴甲酚绿光谱pH值测定
利用Spec20搭建的演示实验及海洋光学的光谱学实验(均来自海洋光学教育奖学金的获得者)为实验室的早期筹建及光谱仪的利用都大有裨益.
